Terms of Trade

General
Our studio hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. Before placing an order, if you have any queries please contact us at Info@Moaning-Minnie.com.

Delivery
Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days. If this is not possible we will email you. If you need your item urgently, please contact us and we will try our best to help. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This requires a signature at your end. If you are not in to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to your local delivery office for collection, you will have 7 days to collect.

Postage & Packing Charges
Postage and packing is charged per item, Items will be sent by first class, using recorded delivery.
First Class Signed for UK postage is £3.75
First Class Signed for Europe postage is £7.00
First Class Signed for International postage is £10.00

Product Details
We only process orders that have been screened and accepted by paypal.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us first.

Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched within 7 to 14 days, depending on the bank's cheque clearance times.

Refunds & Exchange
We offer a refund/exchange on unwanted goods providing they are unworn and in a re-saleable condition, with the 'Love Me, Loathe Me' tag 100% intact, in its original state returned within 10 days from the dispatch date.

Please email Returns@Moaning-Minnie.com for a returns number before returning your product, refunds can not be given without this number.

If the 'LMLM' tag has been taken off or tampered with we will not accept products back.

The parcel and it's contents are, your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Please note when returning an item the cost of returning it is at your expense.

We cannot refund original delivery/shipping charges.
